A true endurance athlete, Heather completed two full Ironman competitions in Penticton and in Wisconsin. For over a decade Heather has worked with a broad range of clients in clinical, gym, in home, and outdoor settings. FAQ

Can I cancel my membership? Or am I locked in for 12 months?

Should you need to cancel your membership at any time, written notice is required. Please e-mail Info@Purewinnipeg.com in order to do so. You will be instructed to fill out a cancelation form and will not be charged a membership fee moving forward. You will not be charged any additional fees but will not be reimbursed for the remainder of the month you cancelled in.

What happens if I cancel my membership but decide that I want a new membership later on?

If you cancel your membership, there will be no fee for doing so, however you will not be reimbursed for the remainder of the month you cancelled in. If you decide to begin a new membership at a later date, you can absolutely do so, however the session time slot you held in your previous membership can not be guaranteed due to demands that may have occurred while you were away. If you are doing extensive travelling or moving to a different location for a large portion of the year that is not within reasonable distance to attend your sessions AND the freeze options would not cover the length of time that you are away, you would likely use this option.

Can I change my membership package option during my current contract?

Yes. Because there are no cancelation fees, you can choose to move up or down the package tiers if you desire. However, doing so will terminate your current contract and you will be entering a new 12-month contract for the new membership package you have chosen.

What happens if I can’t attend my session? Can that missed session be made up later on?

If we are unable to attend a session, we ask that you provide notification at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled workout. We will do our best to accommodate you for a session at a different time or day. A workout that cannot be rescheduled within a reasonable amount of time will not be refunded to your account. Notification given less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled workout will not qualify for a rescheduling opportunity.

I have children that would like to train, how does this work? Do they need to get a membership too?

If you hold a Pure Performance or Pure Lifestyle membership and your child is a student, either in secondary or post-secondary education, you can purchase individual sessions for them at a reduced rate. If your child is no longer participating in secondary or post-secondary education and want to participate in training, they will need to begin a membership contract. *This privilege is not included in the Pure Inspire membership.
