What is a Health Advisor?
At Pure Lifestyle, we pioneered the concept of the Health Advisor. As the original Health Advisors in Manitoba, we provide unmatched expertise through our highly educated team of kinesiologists and certified exercise physiologists.
Think of a health advisor as you would a financial advisor; someone who takes your current lifestyle, health status, and goals into consideration to develop a comprehensive plan that will help you optimize your health and achieve your goals.

5 Key Benefits
Collaborative Healthcare
The Health Advisor will serve as a central point of contact and support for patients, working closely with other healthcare providers. They facilitate effective communication among team members, ensuring that everyone is informed about the patient’s health goals, progress, barriers and any specific requirements.
Navigate Barriers
When confronted with administrative hurdles, such as navigating insurance coverage or billing discrepancies, our Health Advisors act as an advocate working to streamline processes and alleviate financial burdens. Our Health Advisors also empower members by providing educational resources, clarifying healthcare options, and encouraging preventative care to mitigate future health concerns.
Prioritized Access
We recognize the importance of timely access to healthcare services, working closely with our healthcare professionals and the patient to arrange appointments. Providing a personal approach and seamless coordination of medical and allied healthcare needs, we prioritize access for our Health Advisor members.
Accountability
A Health Advisor plays a crucial role in creating accountability for its members through regular communication and personalized guidance. Together they set clear expectations and goals tailored to the individual’s needs. The program includes regular check-ins for accountability and tracking key health indicators.
Certified Staff
Our Health Advisors are certified Clinical Exercise Physiologists who have a deep understanding of how the body responds and adapts to exercise. They educate patients about the benefits of regular physical activity, healthy lifestyle choices, and provide guidance on injury prevention and management.
