Heather traded in her calculator at her job in the corporate world for some textbooks and began her university education. A true endurance athlete, Heather completed two full Ironman competitions in Penticton and in Wisconsin. For over a decade Heather has worked with a broad range of clients in clinical, gym, in home, and outdoor settings. FAQ

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time without incurring additional fees. However, please note that you will not be reimbursed for any unused sessions remaining in the month you cancel.
Can I change my membership type at any time?

Absolutely! You can change your membership type at any time without penalty.
What is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist?
A Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) is a highly trained professional with post-graduate certification, recognized as the Canadian gold standard in kinesiology. To become a CEP, individuals must complete a university degree in a field related to exercise, health, and human physiology. CEPs specialize in assessing physical health and fitness, providing physical activity counseling, creating tailored exercise programs, and offering dietary guidance within their scope.
What happens if I can’t attend my session? Can that missed session be made up later on?
If you can’t attend a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll work with you to reschedule it within the same calendar month. For late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice), rescheduling won’t be available.
I have children that would like to train, how does this work? Do they need to get a membership too?
If you hold a Pure Performance or Pure Lifestyle membership and your child is under the age of 30, you can purchase individual sessions for them at a reduced rate. If your child is over 30 years of age, they will need to purchase their own membership.

This credit can be applied toward your next membership renewal or other services at Pure. Please note that this option is available exclusively for Performance and Lifestyle memberships.
What options do I have if committing to a weekly time slot is challenging for my schedule?
We understand that some clients, like shift workers or frequent travelers, may have fluctuating schedules. You have the flexibility to use your monthly sessions whenever it suits you best throughout the month (e.g. using them all in the first few weeks). Alternatively, you might consider purchasing a package instead of a membership for added flexibility. For more details on available packages, please visit our programs page.
